Reviews
Very nice place, chilled atmosphere, very cozy. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The food is great, we loved everything. We were 6 people and got 19 tapas and spent 50€ each.
The only criticism is that I think is too expensive for the size of the tapas. Portions are very small for all dishes. We would have ordered more if it wasn't for the price of the dishes.
I went last night for dinner with my friends and their kids and the food was just insane. Not only absolutely delicious but also a delight for the eyes. We pretty much tried it all and all the dishes were extremely well balanced. I had the trout to start with followed by the quail ( could have eaten twice 👅)
Get yourself to Rue du Cher, a definite new fav.
Although the ingredients and presentation of dishes were nice, the tapas are overpriced for what is offered. I understand portions are small and tapas are meant to share, but the biggest problem is that the portions are too small for the price. 11 € for 3 asparagus…
They serve 4 croquetas in a dish that looks like it could hold 6. It already feels like we’re being ripped off for paying 8€ for them.
I don’t mind spending money for good food. But they missed the mark in terms of value for the money as the restaurant seemed too stingy with the quantity of what was being served.
Unfortunately, this place was below my expectations. I hope they will be slightly more generous with their portions in the future. I give them 3 stars because at least the ingredients, service and ambiance were good.
Galerna was amazing! Definitely our best stop on our week-long trip to Paris. Creative menu, great selection of wines, quiet and charming ambiance. The spicy banana ice cream was to die for!
Top service, outstanding dishes and very reasonably priced. Cannot wait to visit again.
The ingredients are very good.
The portion is moderate.
The cooking taste is very good.
The waiters are smiling all the time 👍👍👍👍👍
Dining or lunch at Galerna is an authentic culinary experience in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is dynamic, professional and very smiling.
The tapas and dishes are colourful and flavoursome. The level of detail and care that goes into each dish is evident. Portion sizes are just right.
And most importantly, everything is delicious!
I have already enjoyed a lunch and a dinner here and... What a pleasure to eat at the Galerna restaurant!
See you soon
Arriving from vacation, my wife and I wanted to have a relaxing evening with good food along with some Spanish wine.
Food was delicious, the wine "Malédicion " was not a malediction but a blessing. Sitting outside on a terrace, sipping wine and enjoying a late summer evening with had a great time (and finished the entire bottle of wine !!)
Delicious and varied food . Good Spanish wine
Impeccable service
Worth going back!
We went back! It was as delicious as before. The ambiance and atmosphere friendly. Waiters are excellent, and Spanish wine has lots of taste with woody color
